Hire Well serves as a Hiring Consultant working with each client first, to determine which qualities and skills are needed and second, to identify what type of candidate would best fit the organization’s culture. The first meeting between Hire Well and the client is the most important, taking place at the client’s office and taking an hour or even more to question, probe, and record the answers. |

| Then the ad is placed, first in JobsInMe.com. Most key positions in Maine can be filled by placing an ad on the JobsInMe.com website. If that doesn’t work, other methods are used to find candidates committed to the Maine way of life. The ad is placed under the Hire Well name, keeping the client’s organization confidential. All resumes are sent to Hire Well where they are logged in, evaluated, and all candidates are sent a prompt response. The best candidates are contacted for a phone screen. Then, the resumes and phone screens for the best candidates are forwarded to the client. This process can take 2 – 4 weeks. |

Once the client has reviewed the information and decides who to interview, Hire Well sets up the in-house interviews and often plays a role in the interview process. Afterward we check the references of the most promising candidates, set up additional interviews and make the offer. |

| Most importantly, Hire Well follows up at least 3 times over the next 90 days to make sure things are going well – and to help alleviate any small challenges before they become big problems. |

| Fees |

Hire Well charges a flat fee of $3,000.00 for businesses:
$ 500.00 Non-refundable deposit at the start of the service
$1,500.00 When the successful candidate accepts the offer
$ 1,000.00 When the successful candidate starts work.

If the new employee leaves for any reason during the first 90 days, Hire Well will undertake the process again at no charge. |

| There may be additional fees for out of state searches. |

| When should you not use Hire Well? |
- If you require a nationwide search and will pay relocation costs, you need a nationwide recruiter who specializes in your field.
- If you need a temporary employee, you need an agency which has a listing of candidates and is set up to pay salaries.
- If you need to hire production workers, you are best served by handling that yourself or through a local employment firm which keeps a listing of workers.
