– at a flat fee of $3000.00.

That’s right, for only $3000.00 per hire, Hire Well, LLC serves as a Hiring Consultant and provides an unconditional guarantee for 90 days. We work with you to determine which qualities and skills are needed and help you identify what type of candidate would best fit your organization’s culture. We manage the entire process, help you with in-house interviews, and take the time to get it right the first time. We guarantee each placement for 90 days. If the new hire leaves within that time for any reason, we will undertake the process again at no charge.

Services

The first meeting between Hire Well and the client is the most important --- it usually takes place at the client’s office and it always takes an hour or even more to question, probe, and discuss the job, the company’s culture and the opportunities and challenges in filling this position.

We then write and place the ad – in the most appropriate on-line site available. The ad can be placed under Hire Well, LLC and keep the client’s organization confidential or we can reveal the client – which sometimes results in a better response. The choice is yours. All resumes are sent to Hire Well where they are logged in and evaluated; and all candidates are sent a response within a reasonable period of time. We conduct phone interviews with the best candidates and forward resumes and phone screens to the client. This process can take 2 – 5 weeks. We won’t rush it, but we will work to move things forward as quickly as possible – while focusing on finding the best available candidate for each position.

Once the client has reviewed the information and decides who to interview, Hire Well will schedule the in-house interviews and participate in at least one round of interviews. We help you decide who to bring in and who to move forward at each stage. We set up second round interviews, check the references of the most promising candidates, and assist you in making the offer.

Most importantly, Hire Well follows up over the successful candidate’s first 90 days to make sure things are going well – and to help alleviate any small challenges before they become big problems.

Fees

Hire Well charges a flat fee of $3,000.00:

$ 500.00 Non-refundable deposit at the start of the service
$1,500.00 When the successful candidate accepts the offer
$1,000.00 When the successful candidate starts work.

If the new employee leaves for any reason during the first 90 days, Hire Well will undertake the process again at no charge.

In Maine, there is no additional charge for advertising the position. Costs for advertising jobs in other states will be paid by the client.

When should you not use Hire Well?

If you require a nationwide search and will pay relocation costs, you need a nationwide recruiter who specializes in your field.
If you need a temporary employee, you need an agency which has a listing of candidates and is set up to pay salaries.
If you need to hire production workers, you are best served by handling that yourself or through a local employment firm which keeps a listing of workers.
